3) 70% drop out of sport before the end of the high school due to negative experiences

overtraining,negative experiences, abuse and burn out

-inclusion, bullying,early specialization, coach/athlete relationship, time demands, skill development

-supportive
-enthusiatsic
-concerned with childs welfare
-distracting or embarrassing
fanatical over involved parents:
-great risk to overall development
-the ones who argue with refs/coaches/other parents
-controlling,confrontational,focused on winning at all costs
-unreal expectations
-live vicariously through child
