What is Naturalistic Movement
It is the movement of the development of characterisation. It can express ideas, emotions and relationships
Use of space
Awareness and use of the entire performance area
Facial expressions
Specific look on the face which shows emotion
Gesture
The movement of the hand of arm which communicates a meaning or emotion
Body language
Non verbal communication, where thoughts, intentions, or feelings are expressed by physical behaviour
Posture
Position of the body - how it is held
Proxemics
The amount of space that people feel is necessary to set between themselves and others
Eye contact
Two people are aware of looking directly into one another’s eyes.
Pace
The speed at which a character moves depending on the age or emotions of the character
Stance
The way in which someone stands, especially when deliberately adopted(as in baseball, golf, and other sports)
