NL is based on idea that everything has a purpose, revealed in its design and that fulfilment of telos is the supreme good to be sought

how can we reach eudaemonia?
flourish as a human being, to live a virtuous life and to do this use our reason
how do we know how to fulfil our goal?
use reason to work backwards from our goals to the situation we are in, we can achieve goals by flowing the path reason has helped us to make.
