What is OTAN
NATO has two official languages, English and French. OTAN is the French version of NATO.
Article 1
To settle any international dispute by peaceful means
Article 2
The members will contribute toward the development of peaceful international relations and encourage economic collaboration
Article 3
The members will maintain and develop their capacity to resist armed attack, by means of continuous and effective self-help and mutual aid
Article 4
The members will consult together whenever the security of any of the parties is threatened
Article 5
An armed attack against one or more of them shall be considered an attack against all
Article 6
For the purpose of article 5, this does not include south of the tropic of Cancer
