Q

Rule related to specifying quantities

A

Koreans use this structure “noun + number + count word” to specify quantity of something.
Example : 차 (noun : tea) + 다섯 ( number:5 ) + 잔 (count word: glasses/cups) = 차 다섯 잔 (five cups of tea)
Example 2: 사과 (noun: apple) + 세 (number : 3) + 개 (count word: thing/object)
