1) To achieve a national level target of 20-30% reduction of PM2.5 and PM10 concentration between 2017 and 2024
2) Includes 102 non attainment cities across 23 states and UT’s as identified by CPCB
3) Plan to scale up the air quality monitoring network all across India
4) 3 tier system – Real time physical data , Data archiving and Action trigger system
5) State level plans of e-mobility in 2 wheeler sector , implementation of BS-V| norms etc
