How can action reveal your character?
By using keywords like-kind or nervous.
What is a hyperbole?
A way to use exaggeration to emphasize a point. (ex: ugh or youuuu)
What is a simile?
When you compare two unalike things using like or as.
What is a metaphor?
Comparing 2, unlike things without using like or as.
What is personification?
Giving human characteristics to a non-human thing.
What is an inference?
An educated guess.
What are context clues?
Hints the author gives the reader to help define a difficult or unusual word.
