Gamja Jeon

A

Korean style potato fritter served with various seaweeds. There is yuja dashima emulsion and layers of miyeok muchim which has been seasoned with sesame and perilla seed oils. Dusted on top with dulse algae and gamtae seaweed powder.

Kaji Namul Rice

A

Lotus rice with kaji namul and apple jerky. Three different types of rice as well as Pearl barley. The rice is cooked with lotus leaf, perilla oil, and sesame oil before being mixed with eggplant and apple jerky.
