what is Iso Kikuchy Syndrome? What does it xray show?
(congenital onychodysplasia of the index finger) on the right side of the finger because japan is on the right

When polydactyly is very mild, how does it manifest?
As a duplicate lunular. Bump, bump. Or a broad nail with an incision in the lunula
What are some congenital causes of nail thickening? (4)
Pachyonychia congenita, Epidermolysis Bullosa, Ectodermal dysplasias, chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis
Describe the nail thickening of pachyonychia congenita. What is it preceded by?
Thick, yellow-brown. Often preceded by nail bed erythema
What is Onychogryphosis?
Where the medial part of the toenail grows faster than the lateral part of the toenail.
What does pachyonychia mean?
thickening of the nails
Where is acquired pachyonychia from ?
repetitive trauma which mainly affects patients with podiatric abnormalities and doing sports
How does onychomatricoma affect the nail plate?
Hypercurved, yellow-white, and thickened
What causes nail thickening due to inflammatory disorders? What inflammatory disorders?
hyperkeratotic nail bed uplifts the nail plate resulting in a thickened nail. Disorders include PRP, LP, Psoriasis, contact dermatitis, onychomycosis
