Sx for HSV enceph
A
Fever, hemicranial headache, taste and smell hallucinations, lang or behavior abnormalities, memory impairment, seizures; SIADH

Sx for West Nile Virus enceph
A
Abrupt onset of fever, headache, stiff neck, and vomiting; other clinical features include tremors, myoclonus, parkinsonism,and poliomyelitis (flaccid paralysis)
