management?

A

due to chemo, post op, drugs: metoclopramide HCl (tab, 10mg, tds), granisteron HCl
due to motion sickness: meclozine HCl 25mg + pyridoxine HCl 50mg
symtomatic relief: domperidone 1 tab 10mg (PRN?)
*only precribed if needed
