Highball fill 1/2 w cold water, top w ice

Single shot on a double short pour (it’s the 2 esp cups w the shorter fill in level on the machine)
In a coffee cup, fill 3/4 to top with milk or cold water if black.
Deliver to service bar, pour over ice in tall glass / simple syrup and sugar caddy
Servers must ask how guest wants their iced coffee. (Black, milk, sweetened or unsweetened)
