L2 and L3. Muscles: rectus femoris; iliopsoas; sartorius
What is the myotome for hip extension?
L4-L5. Muscles: Biceps femoris; Semitendinosus; semimembranosus; gluteus maximus
What is the myotome for hip adduction?
L1-L4. Muscles: Adductor muscles; gracilis; pectineus
What is the myotome for hip abduction?
L5 and S1. Muscles: Gluteus medius and minimus
What is the myotome for Knee extension?
L3 and L4. Muscles: iliopsoas; sartorius; quadriceps femoris;

L5 and S1. Muscles: Hamstrings

L4 and L5. Muscles: Tibialis anterior; EHL; EDL

S1 and S2. Muscles are gastrocnemius, FDL; FHL; soleus

L4. Muscles: Tibialis anterior, tibialis posterior

L5. Muscles:Peroneus longus; peroneus brevis

Gemelli; Obturator externus and internus; Quadratus femoris; Sartorius
What muscles internally rotate the hip?
Gracilis plus glut medius and minimus
