Arrhythmias
ST/T wave changes
- ST segment elevation
- T wave inversion
Management
Treatment of underlying causes e.g. antibiotics if bacterial cause
Supportive treatment e.g. heart failure or arrhythmias
Complications
Heart failure
Arrhythmias possibly leading to sudden death
Dilated cardiomyopathy- usually late complication
