A

Venous thrombosis
Erythromelalgia: warren, erythema, pain in hands/ toes
Vasomotor: headaches, light headedness, palpitations, chest pain

How to diagnose myeloproliferative disorders? What investigations?

A

2 major or 1 major plus 2 minor criteria
Essential thrombocytosis has 4 criteria

CBE with peripheral smear
JAK2 mutation
BM biopsy
