A
- FBC shows anaemia
- U+Es show renal failure i.e. raised creatinine
- Hypercalcaemia
- Rouleaux formation

What is the mechanism of Myeloma?
A
Plasma cell proliferation - B lymphocytes differentiate into mature plasma cells

What is seen in urinalysis?
A
Bence Jones proteins (IgA/IgG proteins)

Xray findings in Myeloma
A
‘rain-drop skull’ (likened to the pattern rain forms after hitting a surface and splashing, where it leaves a random pattern of dark spots).
