Aberrant myeloid antigen expression
Can be seen in some cases of b all
Rare in T all unless early precursor t all
Cd 56
It is most frequently seen in CMML (80% or so of cases ) and acute monoblastic/ monocytic leukaemias (up to 50% of cases). It is also found in other AML subtypes as well as in cases of MDS, T ALL, mature T- and NK-cell neoplasms, myeloma and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm.
Apml flow
CD117 +, CD64 +, CD33 +, CD13 + and MPO + but HLA-DR and CD34
Splenic mzl
monoclonal (kappa restricted) B-cell lymphoid population was identified which showed strong CD20 expression together with FMC7, HLA-DR, CD79b and CD22. These cells were negative for CD5, CD10 and CD23
Sttong cd 20 makes it an excelkeng target for ritux
