What lab monitoring should be done for patient on mycophenalate mofetil?

A

Initially: CBC w/ diff, BMP, LFTs, Hep B, Hep C, TB screen, and pregnancy test

  • then at 2-4 weeks recheck CBC w/ diff, BMP and LFTs
  • when stable, continue to monitor every two to three months
