- When we developed the AVL project we had a very motivated and collaborating team.
- we had very strict and short deadlines, but everyone was very helpful
- when someone finished his task earlier he would ask the other if he could help
- they tolerated our requests to do overtime without complaints as they understood how critical that project was to our company
- While developing the Clavis application some of our project managers highlighted how much he likes working with our development team as everytime we deliver a new product release we do it without defects and unlike the other development teams we always bring them releases that work without even minor problems or defects.
