DNRS helpful points

A
  • Remember that you’re not saying stop to the symptoms, but stop to the brain pattern. The symptoms will decrease in their own time.
  • The goal is not to change the symptoms of illness immediately. The goal is to alter the way we think, feel, and behave to support a change in the big system function.

DNRS The Five Pillars of Recovery

  1. Recognition of limbic system dysfunction/imbalance (that is affecting your condition)
  2. Identifying and interrupting all POP’s
  3. Completing full rounds of the DNRS limbic system rehabilitation steps for a minimum of one hour daily
  4. Incremental training
  5. Elevate your emotional state during the DNRS limbic system rehabilitation steps, and throughout the day
