Accessory nerve (cranial nerve XI), and cervical nerve C3 & C4
What is the origin of latissimus dorsi?
SP of T7-S5 via the thoracolumbar fascia, posterior Iliac crest, ribs 10-12 & the inferior angle of the scapula.
What is the insertion of Latissimus Dorsi?
Floor of the bicipital groove of the humerus and medial lip of the intertubulat sulcus.
What nerve(s) ennervate lattissimus dorsi?
Thoracodorsal C(6),7,8

The posterior tubercles of TVPs C1-C4

Vertebral border of the scapula superior to the spine.
