trapeiuz

A

Origin: EOP, medial 1/3 of SUP nuchal line, nuchal ligament, s-pros of C7-T12
Insertion: lat 1/3 of clavicle, acromion, scapular spine
Innervation: motor (spinal) accessory nerve (CN XI); sensory - C3-C4 (pain, pressure)
Action: desc: elevates scapula; ascend: depresses scap, all - retracts scap, both asc and desc sup rotation of glenoid
