A

O: Upper lateral fibula and lateral tibial condyle

I: Plantar surface of medial cuneiform and base of first metatarsal (after descending posterior to lateral malleolus)

I: Superficial peroneal (fibular) nerve

A: Eversion and assists plantarflexion
