Origin: two heads
Ulnar head - coronoid process of ulna
Humeral head - medial epicondyle & supracondylar ridge of humerus
Insertion: lateral surface of radius (mid shaft)
Innervation: median nerve
Action: pronation of forearm, flexion of elbow
