O - Epicranial Aponeurosis
I - Skin of frontal Region, Epicranius Aponeurosis
A - Wrinkles forehead skin, raises eyebrows.

Procerus
Muscles of the Nose.
O - fascia covering the nasal bone, nasal cartilage
I - Skin over the lower part of the forehead between eyebrows.
A - Draws down medial angle of eyebrows, produces transverse wrinkles over the bridge of the nose.

Nasalis

O - Transverse Portion (Superior) - Maxilla
O - Alar Portion - Maxilla
I - T - By Aponeurosis with Nasalis
I - A - Ala of the Nose
A - T - Depresses cartilage of the nose
A - A - Enlarges nostrils

O - Incisive Fossa of Maxilla
I - Ala & Septum of Nose
A - Draws ala of Nose downward to “close the nose”

Orbicularis Oculi
Circumorbital & Palpebral Muscles. (Eyes)
O - Nasal part of the Frontal Bone, Frontal process of the maxilla & Medial Palpebral Ligament.
I - Muscle Fibers around Orbit, downward to cheek, blends with other structures.
A - Palpebral - Closes eyes gently.
A - Orbital Part - Stronger closing of eyes.
N - Facial Nerve CN VII
Corrugator Supercilli

O - Medial End of Superciliary Arch
I - Deep surface of the skin above the middle of the orbital arch.
A - Draws eyebrows downward & upward (frowning)

O - Oblique Line of the Mandible
I - Angle of the mouth, blends with the adjacent muscle.
A - Depresses the angle of the mouth.

I - Skin to lower lip (blends with orbicularis oris)
A - Depresses lower lip & draws it laterally

I - Angle of the mouth, blends with orbicularis oculi
