I - Base of proximal phalanx of the 5th digit (Ulnar/Medial side)
A - ABducts 5th digit at metacarpophalangeal joint
N - Ulnar Nerve (C8 - T1)

Muscle Test
Patient’s forearm in supination and their wrist in neutral.
Patient to spread (ABduct) their fingers, specifically the 5th digit.
Press against the 5th digit (ADduction), creating an isometric contraction of the abductor digiti minimi.
