What is Aerobic exercise?
Exercise that requires oxygen as an
energy source.
–Ex.: Brisk Walking, Jogging, Cycling,
Rowing, Swimming, Elliptical, etc.
What is Anaerobic exercise?
Short bouts of exercise that do not

done.
–Sets x Reps = Volume
–Sets x Reps x Weight Used = Load
Volume
What is Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS)
Pain and stiffness felt in muscles
several hours to days after exercise.
