- pt supine
- extend their leg off the table
- have them push against you

A
- pt supine
- stabilize contralateral ASIS with one oand, other hand gabs leg above ankleand flexes the hip until barrier is reached
- done for hypertonic hamstrings as well

A
- can be done supine with ip and knee flexed to 90 degrees or prone
- have them push against you

- tibia on femur
- flexion df: pt supine
- Extension df: pt prone

posterior fibular head
A
- accompanied by plantar fexion, foot inversion, adduction, and lower leg IR
- hip and knee flexed to 90, hold fibular head between thumb and index finer
- use other hand to evert, abduct, and dorsiflex pt’s foot, while also externally rotating lower leg
- have pt push foot medially against you

anterior fibular head
A
- accompanied by dorsiflexion, foot eversion and abduction, and ER of lower leg
- so just go the opposite, make pt do force against you
- have pt push foot laterally against you

dorsiflexed talus
A
- plantar flex their foot
- make them push against
- repeat until no new barriers are met

A
- dorsi flex them
- have them push against you
- grab malleolous with one hand and dorsum of foot with the other
