Side effects of antimuscarinics
hot as a hare = inhibit M3 on sweat glands
Dry as a cracker = decreased salivation and lacrimation
Blind as a bat = bat by the walrus
high pressure as a kettle = can cause glaucoma
mad as a hatter = hallucinations, sedation, agitation

Glycopyrrolate - reduces airways secretions pre-operatively
