A
multiple, recurrent, changing SYMPTOMS of at least 2 YEARS duration

A
constant preoccupation with having an underlying DISEASE

What is somatoform autonomic disorder?
A
symptoms of a system/organ under AUTONOMIC innervation
usually Sx of 2 types:
- objective signs of autonomic arousal e.g. palpitations, tremor, sweating
- subjective non-specific complaints e.g. fleeting aches and pains, bloating
