- LLSB and apex
- Innocent murmur
- Vibration of valve leaflets

Venous - think of venous blood return from the head to the SVC
Venous hum
A
- Harsh, systolic murmur. May be continuous.
- Decreased on Valsalva, pressure on jugular veins, supine, contralateral head turn
- Innocent murmur
- Sound of blood flowing from head to neck via jugular veins returning to heart

Pulmonary ejection murmur
A
- Mid systolic harsh sound
- 2nd L intercostal space
- Blood flow across the pulmonary valve
