Requirements for Hawk/Peddle Fruits and Veggies:
Assigned a number by the health inspector
Has recorded name and residence with the inspector
Recent photograph attached to license
- If sold by weight and measures - need certificate from the sealer
Dept of Health Inspectors may grant licenses:
16 years old and over
License is good for one year
Crying of wares
Authorized to cry, however, shall not cry wares to disturb the peace or in a neighborhood of schoolhouses or churches.
Sale of novelty substances prohibited
No person shall sell “Silly String”
No person shall discharge “Silly String”
- w/o the permission of every person who would be struck or the owners of the property
Replica Firearms
Any toy, imitation, facsimile, or replica of a pistol, revolver, or shotgun where it can easily be perceived to be a real firearm capable of firing a bullet
What do you do with an individual UNDER the age of 18 in possession of a replica firearm?
Confiscate and notify parent
Parent may recover firearm after 24 hours

They may recover firearm after 24 hours

Graffiti Removal
If the owner knows or reasonably knows of graffiti, All building owners shall remove graffiti within 30 days

Cannot litter in any public place whether upon a vehicle or on foot
