When the Cameron’s took her to the hospital her injuries were noted and marked down as abuse, Victoria was then placed under police protection. However, the diagnosis was changed and the protection was lifted without a police investigation taking place.
How did the social worker play a part in the death of Victoria Climbe?
The social worker never spoke to Victoria so the abuse went unnoticed, if the social worker had spoken to Victoria then it would have been noticed quicker and she could have been saved.
