Adi mudra
A
- Means “fist”
- first position in which an infant holds its hands
- Making a fist with the thumb tucked inside
- Used to control clavicular (upper chest) breathing)
- Stimulates deepest recesses of brain (crown chakra)

A
- Gesture of fearlessness + dispel fear in others
- Raise right hand, palm up, fingers extended
- Shows peaceful and compassionate intent
- Relates to anahata (heart chakra)

- Agni means “fire”
- Helps with digestion and intelligence
- Good for the manipura (abdominal chakra)
