A

33CFR101 Applies to all vessels, structures and facilities of any kind located in US jusrisdiction.

33CFR105 Applies to facilities subject to parts 126, 127, and 154, facilities that receive passenger vessels of 150 or more and vessels subject to SOLAS.

What is the difference between a secure area and a restricted and secured area? Include Maritime Nexus
A "secure area" refers to a location with access controls in place to limit entry to authorized individuals, while a "restricted and secured area" indicates a more heavily guarded section within a secure area, requiring an even higher level of security clearance and stricter access controls to enter; essentially, a restricted area is a subset of a secure area with additional security measures applied.
