What are the 2 regulations that facilities must comply to in regards to Facility Security regulations?
33 CFR101 and 33CFR105
What is the applicability of 101 and 105?
33CFR101 Applies to all vessels, structures and facilities of any kind located in US jusrisdiction.
33CFR105 Applies to facilities subject to parts 126, 127, and 154, facilities that receive passenger vessels of 150 or more and vessels subject to SOLAS.

A defined place within a facility that is open to all persons and provides pedestrian access through the facility from public thoroughfares to the vessel.

One security drill every 3 months and they must test individual elements of the FSP
Once exercise each calendar year with no more than 18 months between exercises.
