What are the qualification for taking the licensure examination?
- HE MUST BE A CITIZEN OF THE PHILIPPINES / FOREIGN RECIPROCITY (R.A. 10918)
- HE MUST BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER
- HE MUST HAVE COMPLETED AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF AT LEAST 960 HOURS
- HE MUST HAVE GRADUATED WITH THE DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN PHARMACY FROM AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL
Unless the country or state of which the foreign pharmacist is a subject or citizen, specifically permits Filipino pharmacists to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of the said foreign country or state under reciprocity and under international” agreement, no foreigners shall be admitted to licensure examinations, given a COR to practice as pharmacist nor be entitled to any of the privileges under RA 10918
