on skin relating to or denoting chemical substances that prevent the growth of the disease
disinfectant
destroys bacteria (microorganisms) (chemical liquid)
antibiotic
a medicine (like penicillin) that prevents the growth and destroys bacteria/bacterial infection
antipyretic
a drug used to prevent or reduce fever (tylenol)
antiviral
medication used to help your immune system fight back and prevents virus from spreading
