If not vaccinated - Immunoglobulins alongside full course of vaccination

No additional measures regardless of wound severity
What tetanus prophylaxis is needed in a patient fully vaccinated, with last dose >10 years ago?
If tetanus prone wound -> reinforcing dose of vaccine
If high risk wound -> reinforcing dose of vaccine + Immunoglobulin
What tetanus prophylaxis is needed if patient not fully vaccinated or vaccine status unknown?
Reinforcing dose of vaccine for all wound severities
If prone or high risk wound -> Immunoglobulin in addition
