sx= aspirate or bone graft
avoid tx if near epiphysis

- Benign blood filled cyst
- aggressive lesion found in long bones
- >20y/o
How do most patients with an aneurysmal bone cyst present?
pathologic fx
How do you tx an aneurysmal bone cyst?
Curettage
Electrocautery
Bone graft
