subacromial pain syndrome
Primary secondary or internal
Pain, stiffness and weakness with overhead activities
rotator cuff dysfunction
Sleep disturbance able to reposition and return to sleep
adhesive capsulitis
Inflammatory condition, stiff shoulder loss of range of motion
Sometimes painful, long recovery

Associated lesions to glenoid rim , hum head or tissues
Shoulder pain and apprehension with movement
atraumatic
generalized laxity or muscle balance scapular dyskinesia
Instability in multiple directions, multiple joints and dysfunctional movement patterns
acquired
Gradual development of laxative, such as a throwing athlete, whose shoulder structure changes overtime
