Signs and symptoms of lupus
Skin - photosensitivity, malar rash, vasculitis
Nervous - migrane, epilepsy etc (loads)
Lungs - fibrosis, pleural effusion, pleurisy
Kidney - glomerlonephritis
Heart - pericarditis, myocarditis, aortic valve lesions, thrombosis, accelerated athersclerosis
High BP (bc on nephritis) Fatigue, malaise, depression
Blood results of lupus
ANA APA (phospholidid) ?RF Anemia (antibody against RBCs) Pancytopenia (bc of activity at tissues)

Ank Sponds - usually iritis .
Can identify by irregular pupil, or small pupil

Rheumatoid. Can identify by normal iris but inflammed, red sclera. If severe with be necrotising.
