 HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors (nevirapine), protease inhibitors (indinavir)
 Chemotherapeutic drug irinotecan
 Anticoagulants (warfarin,)

CautionwithSSRI’s
 may potentiate and cause serotonin syndrome (confusion, fever, shivering, sweating, diarrhea muscle spasm)

Caution with low dose OCP’s
 breakthrough bleeding, pregnancies
