Goal directed, organised, amount/ speed, continuity, derailment of ideas, repetition, neologisms,
Features of content of thought
Delusions, nihilistic, morbid jealousy, phobia, obsessions, overvalued ideas, reference, delusions
Delusion vs. perception
Delusion- a fixed false belief outside of cultural norms
Perception- hallucinations, de-realisation.
Features of insight/ judgement
Capacity to organise and understand problems, symptoms, illness, medications.
Insight is knowledge, judgement is action.
Features of risk
To self, to others, from neglect.
