Assess for s/s of infection
Assess signs for abnormal bleed
Can give with folic acid to reduce risk of toxicity
Educate patient to report yellowing of eyes, infection, SOB and dyspnea and bleeding
Edu to drink plenty of fluids and not to drink alcohol
