Previous diagnosis

Currently on anti-resorption or anti-angiogenic drugs

Previously taken a bisphosphonate for longer than 5 years

Previously taken a bisphosphonate for less than 5 years but currently on systemic glucocorticoid

Currently or in last 9 months taken denosumab and is on systemic glucocorticoid

Question 2

What patient is low risk for MRONJ

Answer 2

Previously on bisphosphonate for less than 5 years and not on a systemic glucocorticoid

Currently on denosumab or had it in last 9 months, and not systemic glucocorticoid
