What energy does musical instruments use to make a sound?
Kinetic energy
Will a musical instrument use of produce energy if there is no human involved?
Musical instruments need input energy(humans) to be able to work. If there is no input energy, there will be no sound.
How do musical instruments vibrate?
The input of kinetic energy (such as blowing, striking, plucking or rubbing) causes the vibrations to start. The vibrations move from the instrument through the air and we hear them as sounds.
What does indigenous mean?
Occurring naturally in a particular place.
Which instrument is used that needs blowing as input energy?
A penny whistle (a flute) which is a hollow piece of tin. It is used in Kwela music.
