ELF, ankle when jumping
Third Class Lever
FEL, shooting a basketball
Mechanical Advantage
allows you to move a higher load with lower effort, class 1 and 2
Longer the lever
the more advantage, increases the resistance therefore speed
Longitudinal axes
vertical rotation, ice skating 360spin
Transverse axes
forwards rotation, somersault
Frontal axes
sideways rotation, cartwheel
Sagittal plane
vertical, left to right and up and down movements, bicep curl
Frontal plane
vertical, front to back and side to side, cartwheel
Transverse plane
horizontal, rotation, golf swing
