No

Person sitting astride motorbike with engine off. No helmet on. Are they guilty of not wearing it?
No. Must be actually riding it or being carried on when engine is running and being propelled by the engine

No
Do people wearing turbans have to wear helmet?
Not if they are Sikh
If helmet is not fastened is it legal
No. It must be strapped
How many can a motorbike hold?
Max 2 people. Driver and passenger
What must passenger on a motorbike sit on?
A proper secured seat behind rider with his feet on proper footrests
Can not sit on petrol tank, handlebars, mudguards etc
But don’t have to sit forward facing ie can sit facing out!!!!
