What is Negligent Operation

What is Reckless Operation

Evading law enforcement.

Cannot go faster than 25MPH on ANY public way
Can you arrest an Operator for not having a license on a Motorized Bicycle?
No, no ROA for motorized Bicycles, only a fine, especially if you’re 16 and older and have no license
Can you drive a Recreational vehicle on a public way?
NO, and you CAN ARREST
How do all Uber Cars and Pickups have to Operate?
Have to receive a passenger through the app, can’t use anyone else’s Uber Profile

If I’m doing 19MPH on a Motorized Scooter, am I in Violation?
NO, top speed 20MPH
Unless you take out a guy on a Bicycle while in operation, then you might be in violation depending on the Officer
