Tell me about yourself
I’‘m from northern Ireland just finished my business management with study abroad at Newcastle University.
My study abroad year was in France, which was a great meeting new people and developing interpersonal skills to communicate with those all across the world.
My recent management consultancy project allowed me to lead data analysis which I really enjoyed and developed problem solving skills for solution development in a team.
Aside from that I’ve done a multitude of internships some in digital marketing, business development and operations. I thoroughly enjoyed the problem solving sides of these roles. And in the most recent operations internship I did, I would visit residents homes to trouble shoot and replace smart thermostats, I really enjoyed being on the front line working with users of the product.
of these internships mainly socially focused organisations. I’ve found that working for a social cause really motivates me and i genuinely want to help people in my career

Why do you want to work for TPP
combines two things im interested in
interest in technology from Switchee tech start up industry - huge potentially benfiiting society - from speaking to family etc. its a real evident issue, ancetodal
want to make a difference - products system one
airmid - response to corona virus - socially focused organisations, charity, etc.
Dynamic and becoming ever important , ultimately i want to be a part of this

Why i want the role
problem solving aspect - helping healthcare professionals use the system -
- enjoyed this aspect at Switchee, where i would help residents use thier htermostats and find out why they were broken
communicating with wide range of people- year abraod and working in america

satsifaction from helping those on the front line and improving the system ; translatign users expereince into a better system
